No room for bicycles!

I just had to park my bicycle here and take some pictures:

I do not understand how not parking my bicycle here would

"help maintain the beauty of our streets...

...and greenery"

I felt almost as absurd as when I found myself on a bicycle lane between of 12 car lanes (here)!
